This six-piece collection is our introduction to the house. A quiet statement of intent, built around technique rather than novelty, and balance rather than excess. Each flavor appears twice, arranged as a study in restraint and contrast.

Brown Butter Milk Chocolate

Milk chocolate deepened through browned butter, coaxing out notes of toasted grain, caramelized dairy, and warmth. Familiar, but sharpened. Comfort with structure.

Burnished Sugar Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate layered with caramelized sugar taken just to the edge of bitterness. The sweetness is deliberate, restrained, and architectural, designed to soften without rounding the corners.

Toasted Milk White Chocolate

White chocolate slowly toasted until it takes on depth and color. Notes of shortbread, warm cream, and subtle nuttiness replace sweetness for sweetness’ sake.
