About Us

We aren’t great multitaskers, but we’re damn good chocolatiers.

We don’t churn out everything.
We don’t chase every trend.
We don’t believe more is more.

We believe in tempering chocolate until it snaps just right. In stirring caramel until it turns the precise shade of burnished prairie dusk. In sourcing ingredients close to home because Oklahoma soil has a voice, and we intend to let it speak.

Rooted here, always.

Our flavors begin with the people and places that raised us — Oklahoma pecans with their soft, buttery backbone. Local honey that carries the wild bloom of late summer fields. Cream from dairies that still greet the morning before the sun is fully awake. We build each piece from the ground up, honoring what grows here, what thrives here, what tastes unmistakably of here.

There’s a certain confidence that comes from knowing exactly who you are.

Like a well-cut jacket. Like a strand of pearls worn without apology. Like a King Ranch truck with red dirt still dusting the tires.

We are small-batch by design. Every ganache is made in-house. Every marshmallow is whipped from scratch. Every shell is cast, filled, capped, and polished by hand in our open kitchen — because transparency is as important to us as shine.

We favor restraint. Precision. Structure.
And then we let the flavor do the talking.

An Oklahoma chocolate shop does not need to shout to be heard. It needs to be honest. It needs to be excellent. It needs to respect the land and the hands that make it possible.

We aren’t trying to be everywhere.
We’re trying to be unforgettable.

This is chocolate with roots — refined but grounded, elegant but sturdy, wrapped in gold yet built on red earth.

Welcome to our table.
